how to drink water tips on how to drink water lol. o.o 1. drink before you sleep. 2. drink after you wake up. 3. drink before exercise. 4. drink after exercise. 5. drink in small mouthfuls, not in big mouthfuls. 6. drink before alcohol. 7. water from the tap at night is the cleanest. 8. drinking water helps to concentrate. explanations: 1. about 70% of blood is made up of water, and lets say you sleep for 7 to 8 hours (doubt it) without water. its not going to be 70% anymore and thats not healthy. gives you rheumatism or something. 2. same as 1. replenish water. 3. helps in performance. and yeah i guess to replenish water loss in sweat too. 4. replenish water? 5. drinking in big amounts, will send the wrong message to your body, and your body will want to expel the water immediately cause there's too much. (even if there isn't too much.) thus small amounts will do muchmuch better to replenish the water in your body. 6. uhh. guess it helps with the alcohol in a sense. your liver and all. healthy. 7. cause the water has passed through the pipes all day long, the pipes are now cleaner. thus cleaner water. 8. water makes blood flow better, and thus higher concentration. :D as in. more blood flows to the brain and all. well don't thank me for this, thank the chinese newspapers. haha. cya. all this, for you. hope it helps. |
